The Electricity Alliance confirms that it has had to alter the scheduled works due to unforeseen circumstances so the towpath is closed today Bank Holiday Monday and for the rest of the week. There is a signed diversion between Ponders End and the Lea Valley Viaduct. Pages 99 to 101.
